This is done through delivery of your delivery through the shipping company where you deliver the orders directly to your home and payment is made directly upon receipt according to the address shown in the work of the orders Delivery takes place within 5 business days

تتم عن طريق توصيل اوردرك عن طريق شركة الشحن حيث تقوم بتوصيل الاوردر الي منزلك مباشرة ويتم الدفع مباشرة عند الاستلام بناء علي العنوان الموضح عند عمل الاوردر

ويتم التوصيل في فترة 5 ايام عمل

Return & Exchange Policy

سياسة التبديل والإرجاع

أن يكون فى حد أقصى 48 ساعة من تاريخ تسليمه .

الاوردر غير مفتوح نهائيا او مستخدم .

​

 يتحمل العميل قيمة الشحن الينا وسيتم كذلك تحميل العميل قيمة الشحن اليه .

​

 فى حالة الإستبدال يجب ان تتم خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ تسليم المنتج .

​

 الطلبات الخاصة لايمكن الغائها لان قيمتها تدفع للمورد فور الطلب .

​

في حال وجود خطأ في طلب العميل من قبلنا سنتحمل قيمة الإرجاع على حسابنا وسيتم الاتصال به للتنسيق بذلك ولا يحق للعميل دفع اي مبالغ للشحن وان قام بذلك فلا نتحمل شيء

• In the event of an error in the request of the customer by us, we will bear the value of the return on our account and will be contacted to coordinate and the client is not entitled to pay any amounts for shipping and if he did so we do not bear anything.
